Arsene: Mah team of fairies do not get nearly enuff of protection from referees in ziss country, I theenk zat you should sack all ze referees and put me in charge of all games in England...no...Europe.  I am SuperArsene, I shall be ze greatest Manager/Referee ziss planet has seen.  I shall rule with mah iron fist and my impermeable blind-spot.  Viva La SuperArsene!
