I don't support any football club incl. Spurs - but I like watching Spurs games on tv where I can get a very comfy seat, put my feet up on the coffee-table and generally speaking have the best seat to view the match...
why the hell would I bother to support any club when the vast portion of my money would go to pampered egotists frolicking in Ferraris, bling and loose women ??...
you carry on aspiring to be a supporter and helping these guys 'live the dream'... I'll just watch them work for nothing (or close to it)...

I detect a hint of bitterness Gareth. Have we an axe to grind perhaps? Dreamed of being a player yourself did we? or are you just a failed person by and large? Whatever your problem Im sure you will figure out the best long term solution. Good luck with that.

Spurs are the family team. My mum and dad were born in Tottenham /Edmonton and that has been the family home. I was born in Kent but we emmigrated when i was very young. When i started playing football down here my uncles promptly sent Tottenham annuals etc and made it quite clear that as a Saville there was only one team to follow.
So it is in the blood, there was no choice.

Lets see yours then. Or is there a wide enough lens to accommodate your massive mouth?

I,ve been to the lane mate.
And seen spurs play in this country beacause it was feasible for me to do so. I wonder at your pedigree Gareth? What sort of a supporter are you? Clearly explain, or wait fan is the term you prefer to use which is rather appropriate when all you do is fan the flames of argumentative discourse and dispruptions with your incessant disagreements and drivel. I joined this forum to discuss and communicate on all things Tottenham with like-minded individuals because I dont come into contact with many if any spurs fans in my day to day life. Your motives for joining here are rather more sinister I suspect and if anything a little tedious. Keep it up G my old nemesis. I do enjoy our little chats.

PS - have to admit that Ireland does have the most gloriously sensual of women anywhere in Europe, even the ugly ones are so damned sexy (must be the oirish lilt)....

If your not a fan/supporter then you dont belong on here Gareth.
I'l pass on your regards to the flattered womenfolk of my humble country.
I'l tell em that the embittered, argumentative, patronising, attention seeking (i could go on folks...) idiot Gareth Keown sends his regards.
I can sense their inner stirrings already
Oh by the way, your surname if that is your surname sounds distinctly Irish or is that a smokescreen?
Cloak and dagger? or just image without substance?

We lived in Highbury when I was a kid, but always supported Spurs as my Dad did (he used to take me to games). My son wasn'r given any choice - if he wanted to go to games it had to be Spurs. We got season tickets when he was about 11, and he's now as fanatical as me.
