Tanguy Ndombele and others are named in our squad for Europa Conference League
Nuno has recalled Tanguy Ndombele from the Darkside of his mind and into the squad for the UEFA Conference League. Tanguy was left out of two of our games against Pacos de Ferreira in the play-off rounds because his head wasn’t in the right place, however, he now finds himself at the group stage, and hopefully, that will lead to Premier League football.
Ndombele hasn’t yet featured in any of Nuno Espirito Santo’s games since he took over; that is missing the whole of the pre-season campaign and has not played a single minute of any football since
As I reported in a previous article, the club was losing patience over Ndombele’s attitude and said they would hold talks with the player. I am presuming they’ve done that and knocked some sense into him, and that is why he has been picked for our Europa campaign.

Thoughts
If I am reading things right, Ndombele now has pulled himself together, did his bootstraps up and showing some professionalism. And that is all we ask for, for a player that is on £200,00 per week.
If he plays to his potential, then we’ve got an excellent squad on our hands.
Just one comment on our striking options. Son is mentioned as a midfield player, but I believe he can step up as a striker if called upon. As he did when we faced and beat City at the beginning of the season (which had no Kane in the squad that day).
Be safe, Glenn
